Terms and Conditions
You must subscribe to access the tutorials and resources on Science Above. You can do sou in two ways:
- Complete Package: By selecting this package you agree to a one-off, non-recurring payment of £45.00 which will give you 12 months unlimited access to all the content on the Science Above website. This subscription will expire 12 months after the day you subscribe. This will not auto-renew and no further payments will be taken from your account. There is no need to cancel your subscription manually. If you wish to resubscribe after this time you can do so using the same username and email address.
- Other Subscriptions: By selecting this package you agree to a one-off, non-recurring payment for the amount stated on that package (£15 or £20). This will give you unlimited access to that particular section on the Science Above website for 12 months. This will not auto-renew and no further payments will be taken from your account. There is no need to cancel your subscription manually. If you wish to resubscribe after this time you can do so using the same username and email address. If you wish to add another package you can do so at any time using the same username and email address. You will be charged the amount stated for that particular package. No concessions are given to current subscribers.
Science Above does not offer refunds. Every effort has been made to allow prospective subscribers access to a detailed description of what the site contains and sample materials. Should you have any questions regarding the site content, please email email@example.com before subscribing.
Science Above does not guarantee the achievement of specific grades or the improvement of grades. However, the material and resources on the site do provide an opportunity for students to clarify their subject knowledge, learn new skills and revise the subject. To this extent, Science Above does offer the opportunity for the improvement of grades.
Usernames & Passwords
The username and password that you choose during the subscription process will be the ones you use when logging into the site. You will receive confirmation of your username via email upon subscription. Science above does not keep a record of the password that you choose. However, if you forget your password you are able to reset it via the login page. You must be particularly careful to remember your login details and ensure that no other parties are able to use them.
Use of the Site
Once you have subscribed you will have access to all areas on the member’s page on Scienceabove.com.
The tutorial videos are strictly for personal and non-commercial use only. They must not be broadcast publicly or downloaded / transferred by any means to any other website. The embedding of the videos is strictly limited to scienceabove.com. Tutor Above reserves the right to post videos, or parts of videos, to other sites for marketing purposes.
Downloading of the PDF worksheets / resources is permitted for personal use. These downloadable resources are protected by copyright law, along with the rest of the material on the website, and are not to be modified, copied, redistributed or used in any public forum.
Your account is for your personal use. Use of one account (ie, username and password) by multiple people will result in the account being terminated and no refund given.
You agree to NOT use the website:
-for any unlawful purposes
-to obtain, collect or store any personal data about any visitors to the website.
-to attempt to hack or reverse engineer the website to gain access to the videos in any other way other than a direct subscription.
Every step is taken to ensure that the information and guidance on subjects is true and accurate. These views are solely those of the tutor and are in no way affiliated with any of the UK exam boards. Any views represented by the tutor are not those of any of the registered UK exam boards or any school or college in the UK. Science Above is designed to supplement the work done in school or college, not replace it.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the Website does not contain any error, defect, malfunction or corruption, Tutor Above limited does not accept responsibility for any damage to or loss of data on your computer system, network or server that results from the download or use of the Website. Nor does Tutor Above limited accept responsibility for loss of data including both data transmitted and other data held by you, or delay, or failure, in transmitting or receiving data, or indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of materials and the website, including loss of revenue, business, anticipated savings on profits.
Tutor Above limited does not make any representation or warranty that the Website will meet your expectations or requirements, or that any particular results will be obtained from its use. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the service you should contact us.

Science Above may choose from time to time to have various third-party websites linked from the website. These third-party links are provided for your convenience only and are accessed at your own risk. You agree that Tutor Above limited has no responsibility or liability for any independent policies or actions of these third-party sites and is not responsible in any way for the privacy practices, customer service practices, content or availability of any such websites. You also agree that Tutor Above limited shall not be responsible in any way for any damage or loss caused in relation to the content, goods or services available through such websites.
Science Above endeavours to make sure that the website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There may be occasion where the website will be locked for maintenance, but we will endeavour to minimise the disruption of this process by limiting this to short time frames during periods of low usage. We reserve the right to do this without prior warning. However, we cannot be held responsible for any disruptions cased by factors beyond our control such as local connectivity to the internet.
Whilst the tutorials are optimised for mobile use, access to the videos will be dependant on 3g/4g coverage where you are. Please ensure a strong connection to mobile data networks or wifi for smooth playback.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by UK law, and you and we agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts.
This site is built and provided by Tutor Above limited, an incorporated company in the United Kingdom with company registration number 09734330.
What information do we collect?
When you subscribe you will be asked to provide the following information:
-Your email address
-Your status (Student, Parent, Teacher, None of the above)
-Which exam board you are studying
When you submit a contact form, you will be asked for the following information:
-Your email address
-The nature of your enquiry
How do we use the information we collect?
Tutor Above will only use the information you provide on the website for the specific purpose you intended i.e. for subscription purposes and to respond to enquiries. The information you give is stored for the running / administration of the website only and will never be passed on to third parties for any reason. We may, from time to time, send you updates on website content via email whilst you are an active member. However, these updates will usually be announced on the website itself.
Email addresses stored by us as part of bulk school subscriptions will only be used for the password recovery system which will be only be initiated by the user. We may use the email to inform users of important notices regarding the website but at no time will the emails be used for marketing or gathering personal information.
Tutor Above uses all reasonable endeavours to protect your information and security, data transmission cannot always be guaranteed as 100% secure and you use the website at your own risk.
We may disclose your personal information to the extent that we are required to do so by law.
